The Professional Journey

With two decades in the field, my roots are in school-based mental health and advocacy.

  • Global experience — I've worked in schools nationally and internationally, supporting students and families navigating the unique pressures of life abroad.

  • Front-row seat — as the current Middle School Counselor at San Domenico School, I see the social, academic, and emotional pressures on today's kids — and the toll it takes on families — in real time.

  • Beyond the classroom — I've also worked with people from all walks of life, helping them move through trauma, burnout, and major life shifts.

The Human Behind the Work

I don't just sit across from you as a clinician — I bring my own lived experience to the table.

  • Parenthood & transitions — As a parent of two who's navigated divorce and relocation, I know what it's like to balance a career, raise kids, and rebuild your identity through change. I know what it's like to start over.

  • The adventurer — when I'm not in the office, I'm probably on a trail. My love of travel and time living abroad has taught me that while our cultures differ, our need for connection and purpose is universal.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and families find their footing. My career has taken me across borders and through diverse cultural landscapes, giving me a unique, global lens on the human experience.
