Reconnecting with Your Intuition

Are you struggling with 'decision fatigue' or feeling disconnected from your own life despite doing everything 'right'? Do you often feel exhausted from pretending to be OK?

In a world saturated with information, opinions, and the constant noise of others' expectations, it is easy to lose touch with your most reliable guide: your intuition. Many of my clients arrive in therapy feeling "stuck" or overwhelmed by stress, often because they have spent years dismissing that quiet, persistent inner voice in favor of logic or external approval. Intuition isn't "woo-woo" or irrational; it is a profound internal "feeling" rather than a "thinking." It is the non-linear wisdom that tells you a certain path is right for you, even when you can’t explain why.  Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by our emotions or feel like we are falling apart.  When we ignore our inner voice, we can feel disconnected, alone and “not like myself”.

I provide the support necessary for you to quiet the cognitive "noise" and begin to trust your gut once more. This process starts with grounding, literally feeling your weight sink into the earth and shifting your focus from your head to your heart. For the busy parent or the high-achieving professional, this may mean carved-out moments of silence to ask the simple yet radical question: "What do I need right now?" In our work, we create the space to observe these internal sensations without judgment. By learning to distinguish between the "shoulds" of the world and the authentic hits of your intuition, you can begin to navigate life with a renewed sense of clarity and confidence.

Practicing intuition is a form of neurobiological retraining; it requires giving your nervous system the safety to listen to itself. I encourage my clients to sit comfortably, ground themselves, and simply notice the visions or feelings that arise when they clear their minds. These "hits" don't have to make logical sense immediately; they are often the first signs of a path forward that aligns with your true self. By making time for this inner dialogue, you reduce the stress of indecision and build a resilient foundation for your mental health. Trusting your intuition will always lead you down your right path—I am here to help you hear it again.
